In order to place an Order through the Website, you must be (i) a business; and (ii) the person ordering should be over the age of 18 years. If you wish to purchase any goods or services on behalf of a business, please contact us using the details provided above.

When you order any Goods through the Website, these Terms will apply to that Order. By using our website and online shop, you're agreeing to these terms. If we accept your Order, these Terms will form the basis of the Contract between us. Please see section below for more information on how the contract between us is formed. You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your Order are correct and accurate and that you provide us with all information relevant to your Order. Our order process allows you to check for and amend any errors before submitting your Order through the Website. You should note that we shall not be responsible for any errors which you make when inputting or submitting your Order


When you place an Order through the Website, you are offering to buy those Goods from us. We will send you an acknowledgement e-mail shortly after you place your Order. However, this email is simply acknowledging receipt of your Order and does not mean that your Order has been accepted. You should note that: We are not obliged to accept your Order; and no contract exists between us for those Goods at this stage. If we accept your Order, we will send you an acceptance email which confirms (i) the details of the Goods, and (ii) the total order value ("CONFIRMATION"). The Contract between us is formed when we send you the Confirmation. If we are unable to supply you with Goods, for example, because the Goods are not in stock, are no longer available, or because of an error in the price on the Website, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your Order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund the full amount of your payment if you do not wish to order alternative Goods from us or, in the case of a pricing error, order the Goods at the correct price. Returns and Exchanges

Returned goods should be dispatched within 14 days of receipt, must be unworn, in the original packaging and with the labels still in place.

They will undergo a quality check and, if found in satisfactory condition, we will credit the full value (excluding delivery charges) back to the nominated credit/debit card or we will exchange the item for another of your choice if you so wish. We do not offer refunds or returns on sale items. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of satisfactory receipt of goods. Credits can only be processed back to the card used for payment. Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the sender unless goods are faulty. Important: please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting for your returned items. For international returns: parcels should be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the Custom Declaration Form. Under no circumstances should the goods be invoiced back to Posh Pashmina Collection they must be sent at nil value. Failure to follow these instructions means that we will incur charges for import duties: we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the returned parcel in the event this should occur or, alternatively, we will debit your account with the amount of the expenses incurred by us. Defects We will make every effort to ensure that all goods will be of satisfactory quality. Should you find this is not the case you should return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging, with the labels still in place, including a description of the alleged defect. Where there is a valid claim we will either replace or repair the goods free of charge, or refund you the full price if you so wish.

Whilst we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that the color reproduction on the website is an exact match with the item sent. All sizes quoted are approximate.
